Strength focused session using barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells. Build muscle and build your base of strength. You'll be pumped after this one.

FIGHT HARD
A partner focused workout with longer rounds on the bags and the pads focusing on specific combinations. An empowering workout that will hone your skills.

FIGHT HIIT
A mix of endurance and high intensity interval training to build your overall fitness using our cardio conditioning equipment. Time to push the pace.

FIGHT READY
A mix of core work, resistance training and bag work to finish out the week. A dynamic workout that will have you feeling ready for anything.
