Established during the height of the pandemic in 2020, UC Fit has been proudly serving and building our community ever since. With some of the best training sessions around with an incredible group of people, we offer a unique fitness experience that blends fight fitness with functional fitness.
At UC Fit, you’ll train like a fighter, without the physical contact. Inspired by MMA, boxing and other martial arts, our sessions focus on developing strength, endurance, and skills through dynamic workouts. Think of it as “Getting Fighting Fit Without Getting Hit.” Our training also incorporates strength and conditioning, ensuring a well-rounded approach to improving overall fitness.
Our small group sessions ensure you get personalised attention and high-quality coaching. From core work to padwork, every class has a unique focus to keep you engaged.
